The format for each page of the update, from to bottom, is: a quick summary of the case across the top (yellow row), rulings of the court in the left-hand column and my comments for each ruling in the right hand-column, and a “bottom line” concise conclusion in the last row.
Each monthly update has “tags” at the bottom for the topics it addresses, such as IDEA eligibility or FAPE. If you want to see other updates that address the same topic, click on that tag.
